- Preparation of the service documents (proposal, report, PPT including but not limited to: market analysis, financial projection, regulation research, business plan, service plan, product design, license application materials, company governance materials/policies/rules/guidelines etc.
- Communication/coordination with the resources of Captive, ART and CRH Division, China, Asia, global networks, and other relevant resources beside WTW.
- Prospects follow-up with proper action plan with the support from practice or segment leader and other resources, to build up strong connection for long-term cooperation.
- Daily services to the clients, including prompt response to their requests, participation of client meetings, contract implementation etc.
- Presentation or assistance to presentation to client and relevant parties.
- Assistance to data collection, business model design, governance mechanism optimization, risk profiling and product design etc. for innovative business.
- Assistance to meeting and event organization.
- Other BD activities, including KYC checking, sales material draft, RFP response and cross selling etc.
- The relevant research work and article draft for the team, regulators and other parties.
- Internal knowledge and information sharing.
- Support for internal admin, compliance, AR etc. work.
