- Teach the subject of Psychology to high school students ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience
- Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments
- Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculum
- Assess and monitor students' progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
- Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers
- Develop supportive and safe learning environments
- Bachelor's degree or above
- More than two years' relevant teaching experience
- Teaching certificate
- Experience in IB curriculum strongly preferred
- Excellent English communicative skills
- Monthly salary of 22,000 to 32,000 RMB before tax commensurate with experience and qualifications
