- Implements production standards, and oversees, coordinates and continuously improves all production operations to achieve KPIs, for a single segment in a plant assigned.
- Implement methods, guidelines and procedures, and manage the production processes to achieve KPIs agreed.
- Ensure continuous improvement, renewal and maintenance of all production equipment (including tools) assigned.
- Ensure proper quality management and quality assurance operations.
- Ensure fine-scheduling, sequencing and approval of production orders, allocate resources, close or reschedule production orders, if needed.
- Continuously develop own organization, and strive for improvements in QCD.
- Vocationally trained in Engineering, Electrical Supply Chain, or Production Engineering
