Job summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to provide full-cycle HR support to designated Business Units while leading training and talent development initiatives across Greater China.Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as strategic HR advisor to BU leaders across Greater China
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, performance management, career development, and offboarding
- Partner with business leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend data-driven solutions
