Tasks
To ensure aftersales in-house training and certification meet the requirement from fast expanded dealer network in China market, the jobholder need to guarantee all aftersales related certification meet business requirement, and the aftersales in-house training business really support dealer aftersales personal and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize / implement / revise the aftersales key function certification system to suit different target groups
- Make the annual certification plan, control the budget, adjust resources according to the completion of dealer certification objectives
- In-charge of certification process, including certification system TTM and Joy Learning, test pool update and maintenance, certification system creation, score summary and student feedback report generation. As the chief examiner of each certification, management overall certification operation and processing
- Provide certification report, including the result analysis after each certification and dealers' annual certification completion status
- Dealer's renewal certification management, including the plan and organization of renewal certification task, and the completion of dealer renewal certification
- Organize / implement / revise the aftersales in house training system to suit different target groups
- Aftersales in-house training management and regular reporting
- Dealer Non-technical in-house trainer certification penetration alarm, monthly Non-technical in-house training tasks planning and follow-up, Non-technical in-house training thematic area in Joy Learning APP
- After sales non-technical in-house trainer career path planning, including the post grades rank system and follow-up of in-house trainer's training programs;
- National level In-house trainer Performance analyze base on appraisal mechanism according their daily job performance, generate the monthly, quarterly & annual reports based on all KPI indicator
- Provide support and answer queries to/from dealer/other department via phone and/or e-mail and/or other platform about aftersales in-house training and certification business
- Regular communication and feedback collection with biz. team, region, dealer and suppliers for more AS relate needs and/or optimize the certification and in-house training system
- Take an active role in broadening the training offer of non-technical training team by conducting regular analysis of training needs and passing on to responsible person / team / relevant departments
- Lead / support special projects which are supporting non technical training business
- Other task/topic distribute by LM or above management level
Qualifications
- University degree
- Perfect communication & cooperation, Proactive, result oriented, fast learner, persistent, stable and willing to work under pressure
- Proficiency in related software for data process and analysis (Excel, Macros, Tableau etc.)
- High reporting ability and excellent ppt skills
- Excellent oral and written skills in both Chinese and English
- 4-6 Years of extensive experience of data analysis, reporting, project management Background in service / training area, preferred in automobile industry / company training
