负责工厂精益生产的推行,导入和推广精益理念,建立精益生产培训体系,持续流程优化,关注和提升效率、质量和降低成本,参与提升公司的精益运行水平,实现精益目标;负责新厂房、新车间、新生产线产能和布局的规划与设计。主要职责1.负责工厂精益生产推行,设定公司精益生产目标和行动方案并跟进实施;2.主导和组织实施公司精益运营水平评估;持续提升公司精益运营的水平;3.建立并完善精益生产培训体系,负责精益生产知识在公司内的推广,组织实施精益活动;4. 负责工厂COMPETE项目策划、管控等,确保COMPETE目标达成5.监督和指导生产部管理标准工时和达成生产线平衡目标;6.管理和监控生产设备和人员产能,并负责参与设计和评估新项目产能需求;7.利用LCIA/Karakuri、SMED、线平衡等精益工具,主导或参与精益相关项目(包括改善周),优化生产线的效率、流程、物流等,组织资源实施不断提高生产效率、缩短生产周期以及降低生产成本的改善项目;8.负责设计和维护Layout(含生产线和办公区域);9. 主导人机工程评价及改善10.主导或参与数字化相关项目的实施;11. 主导或参与工厂日常管理体系构建、完善;12.参与集团和兄弟公司的精益活动,集团精益要求的内部实现;13.上司安排的非常规性工作。岗位要求:1.3年以上精益工作经验,有人效改善经验;2.具备较强的项目管理能力和经验;3.英语读写熟练,口语流利沟通;4.熟练运用Auto CAD;5.沟通表达能力强;6.自驱力,能在压力下工作;7.积极主动和快速学习能力。
