This role involves offering input on project design to projects team for new projects discussing with prospects and agencies committing renewal/new deals handling key group operation issues monitoring arrears taking necessary actions dealing with tenant enquiries requests complaints regular meeting with market agencies exploring new prospects supervising fit out working TECH Dept working TECH PMT property mgt safety regular maintenance dealing insurance company assisting AD budget forecast collecting mthly sales figure working MKT marketing promotional events managing training junior staff.
Qualifications
- Ba degree above business design preferred
- Fluent English both written oral Cantonese preferred good negotiation communication interpersonal skills customer service mind set
