    • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Embedded System Architect to join our team and lead the development of in-vehicle infotainment systems. As an Embedded System Architect/performance lead, you will be responsible for designing and architecting embedded software solutions including system hardware resource planning (SOC Computing power / MCU/Memory Size and technology etc) and allocation for CDC (central domain controller)/HPC (high performance computer) ensuring seamless integration of hardware and software components to deliver a cutting-edge user experience.
    • This position is expected to govern the infotainment system resource, including build performance model for new feature demanding, determining and allocating resource amongst software architecture (hypervisor, domain controller), commutation channel (PCIE, Ethernet, SOA, CAN-FD), provision resource for AI technologies (image recognition, voice recognition, machine learning etc).
    • Lead the architecture and design of embedded software solutions for in-vehicle infotainment systems. Develop and implement software architecture guidelines and best practices.
    • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to software development teams.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and specifications, guide feature design to deliver both function and performance requirements in terms of feature function allocation, align resource quota design target and align verification & sign off criteria.
    • Conduct performance analysis and optimization of embedded systems to meet performance and reliability requirements.
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to in-vehicle infotainment systems.
    • Evaluate new technologies and tools to enhance system performance and functionality.
    • Analyze how various types of applications allocate system resources and build a series of models. Collaborate with SW partners to make more accurate evaluation of the resource usage of new features.
    • Follow up on the development of new technologies and new platforms to make forward-looking technical preparation for next-generation products. Good Insights on industry trend, domain controller, high performance computing design, plan and architect the hardware computing power allocation to different domains, including CPU/GPU, RAM, ROM basic system resource but also cloud/ AI related elements.
    • Work with supplier to conduct technical design reviews, feature and system development and resolve issues, including performance and stability.
    • Master degree or above, major in Engineering or Computing Sciences is highly preferred;
    • Familiar with Android Framework, BSP design,App development, performance optimization.
    • Strong learning abilities and responsibilities on the products and technical skills
    • Strong technical background for overall EEA development.
    • Good knowledge of Automotive Feature and Function engineering, familiar with E/E System Architecture, Network Communication (Ethernet, CAN, LIN), QNX, Linux, Android, AUTOSAR. Knowledge in ADAS Development is preferred, Familiar with diagnostics (CAN & DOIP) , Vehicle networks management, Programming skill, C++(prefer), AUTOSAR Toolchain, CANdelta, CANoe/Vehicle Spy
    • New EEA development experience in local/national competitors.
    • Experience developing automotive system architectures with a strong understanding of future technology roadmaps and their implications.
    • New feature development process (feature owner process, use cases/requirements, logic functions, ECU requirements).
    • Software/service architecture experience.
    • Background and experience working in an agile and iterative environment, proactively driving a change management.
    • Familiar with ISO26262, ISO21434, ISO14229, ISO13400
