- Execute institutional clients' orders for US market.
- Interact with client on market color, flow and generate trade ideas.
- Manage and develop client relationships with buy side traders.
- Work with equity derivatives, sales and research teams to provide best coverage for client.
- Bachelor with major in business administration or related academic discipline is preferred.
- Min. 2-3 years of experience in finance industry with US equity trading experience & knowledge in algorithmic trading preferred.
Strong excel & basic programming skill a plus. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skill on both written and verbal, Chinese and English.
- Good team player who can work with different teams.
- Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail.
