- Responsible for the sample order release, raw material delivery and customer delivery in program period.
- Contact with Client for their entire logistic requirements, complete the logistic agreement and package definition with them, ensure customers satisfies evaluation of package defect rate;
- Ensure customer MPM=0 in new program phase;
- Define logistic agreement and product package with all suppliers;
- Control and Analyse logistic cost, including invest cost, transportation cost and product package cost and so on;
- Be familiar with pull system, visual management, Kanban, etc;
- Warehouse layout design, inner and external material flow design optimization
- Define the PC&L deployment objective and action plan with the PC&L manager.

- Fluent use in both oral and written English and Qualified skills of office software such as Excel, Word, PPT;
- VSM or MIFD experience is preferred.
- Finance BP knowledge is preferred.
- Practical ERP system operation experience and good planning concept, SAP is preferred;
- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in logistics, Industrial Engineering or related field is preferred;
- At least 5-year logistic or program experience in manufacturing (especially in automotive and mechanism industry) environment; At least 3-year logistic shopfloor experience is preferred.

Program PC&L Supervisor is responsible for all the logistic aspects of the programs, including but not limited: local material order, trace delivery, and supplier management, inventory control; stocktaking statistic and analysis and re-count decision. Over sea transportation and consolidation trace, management. The mission of this job lasts from production set up phase till SOP (Serial life Of Production) + 3months.

熟悉掌握拉动系统,可视化,看板应用等;
仓库布局设计、内外向及厂内物料流设计优化
和物流经理一起定义物流拓展的目标和行动计划.
