    Purpose

  • Complete production output according to plan with eligible quality, comply with all company policy 完成生产产量计划,生产符合质量要求的产品,遵守公司的各项规章制度

    • Areas of responsibility

  • Strictly following up specification to operate machine

    • 严格遵守操作指示操作机器设备

  • Complete all the production or management instruction given by supervisor on time

    • 及时完成上级主管的针对生产及管理的要求

  • Actively improve the production efficiency and reduce the scrap

    • 积极改进生产效率,降低报废

  • Implement the self-inspection for the products and the facilities, and record in time

    • 对产品及设备进行及时自检并做好记录

  • Fill in all required production tables correctly & in time

    • 及时填写所需的生产报表

  • Implement 6S action according to 6S regulations to create safe, clean & ordinary workspace.

    • 根据6S要求执行6S规范,营造安全,清洁,有序的工作环境

  • Report the production process timely to keep smooth transmission of information

    • 及时汇报生产过程,确保信息顺利传递

  • Attach importance to the production safety, and comply with the company regulations

    • 遵守公司规章制度,遵循安全生产

  • Other responsibilities assigned by Shift leader.

    • Required skills and qualifications

  • Education / Experience 教育/经验
  • Technical high school or above, major in cable, mechanical or electric

    • 职校或以上学历,线缆,机电类专业

  • Min 2 years' experience in manufacturing company, cable industry is preferred

    • 至少两年制造业行业经验,线缆行业优先

  • Good at problem solving

    • 良好的问题解决能力

  • High quality and safety sense.

    • 良好的质量及安全意识

  • Specific knowledge 知识技能
  • Cabling & electronics 线缆及电气知识,并具备成缆经验。
