    您的主要职责

  • Support to define China region lean process vision and roadmap, make sure lean maturity.
  • Pilot and rollout Lean activities which were required by headquarter.
  • Manage lean academy daily operation, training demand and capacity management, finish China region annual training plan.
  • Training structure upgrade and training courses development.
  • Develop lean academy trainer and make sure their training quality.
  • Conduct training in lean academy, responsible for Yinchuan, Nanjing, Xiangtan local lean academy development.
  • China region lean qualification improvement, make sure plants and COO central function lean expert qualification.
  • Consulting lean activities for all Plants and COO central function such as China Tool Shop, Special Machine, Production Technology, SCM& Logistics......
  • Conduct lean review and give improvement direction and plan.
  • Lean activities promotion in China Region.

    • 您的任职资格

  • Bachelor's Degree or above.
  • At least 10years experience in operation.
  • 6~8years experience in lean related topics.
  • Strategy thinking, deep understanding about production system and capability to design production system.
  • Hands on skill and practical problem-solving capability at GEMBA.
  • Professional on the training methodology and process.
  • Excellent communication, planning and organization skill.
  • Lean tools expert such as VSM, SMED, Shop Floor Management, Coaching, TPM...
  • Good workshop moderation skill and training skill.
  • Open, High passion, Self-driving, good teamwork and communication skill, Fluent in English.
