Job summary
We are looking for a highly experienced and results-driven director of operations to provide strategic leadership and direction for our manufacturing facility in Shanghai.Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the long-term operational strategy for the Shanghai plant, aligning with Electronics China business targets.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma etc. to enhance safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.
