- Manage the end-to-end IT project delivery to meet the Payment Sanction Screening requirements within the agreed schedules.
- Collaborating with and driving global and regional teams at different geographical locations to rollout the system changes for the whole Asia Pacific.
- Collaborating with regional and global business teams and partner systems to formulate detailed requirements.
- Ability to effectively and concisely communicate and walk-through business operation teams the detailed requirements and the technical design to showcase the proposed solution.
- Producing high-level and detailed impact assessments to inform estimated effort for work packages.
- Proactively plan for the implementation of developed/customized changes to production.
- Support the system development and configuration, SIT, UAT, implementation and post-release activities with clear documentation supplemented.
- Collaborating with regional production support team, business operation CoE to resolve production incidents and post incident follow-up. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in software engineering discipline
- 7 years+ end-to-end IT project delivery experiences in deploying global and/or regional projects in Financial Institution.
- Proven capability to work with business to digest requirements and collaborate with technology clients to identify function solutions to fulfil business requirements.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in both English and Cantonese.
- Strong analytical, design and problem solving skills.
- Solid experience working with Agile and Waterfall software delivery models
- Technical experience on MQ, Control-M, Kubernetes, Oracle, JIRA, Jenkins, Splunk
- Proactive, self-motivated, independent working ability, high sense of responsibility and a good team player
- Capable of working under pressure and effectively managing priorities to meet tight timelines
- Proven knowledge in payment systems or sanctioning system / products would be a strong advantage.
- Experience in collaborating with global teams of different time zones
- Certificated in PMP or ACP is an advantage
