Amazon is looking for a smart and ambitious Senior Seller Consultant to join the China team.

The objective of the role is to deliver new business growth and maximize revenue generation across Amazon's suite of products for merchants.

Recruiting and launching sellers on Amazon's global marketplace in EU, you will analyze sales data to identify opportunities and resolve seller blocker to help sellers succeed on the marketplace.

You are anticipated to participate in/or lead initiatives/projects with cross function teams to improve both internal teams' efficiencies and external Customer and Seller experiences, such as seller quality, seller onboarding and delivery experiences etc.

Key job responsibilities
5+ years' experience in sales related role.
Bachelor degree from a top university.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
Demonstrated drive to set and achieve aggressive goals while not compromising on the quality of the work.
Strong quantitative analytical skills (including database analysis and Excel skills).
Passion for customers and high attention to details.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 5+ years of sales or marketing work (like ecommerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• Demonstrated drive to set and achieve aggressive goals while not compromising on the quality of the work.
• Strong quantitative analytical skills (including database analysis and Excel skills).
• Passion for customers and high attention to details.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level
• Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutionsfocused approach or equivalent
• MBA or other professional qualification would be advantageous.
