    Company Description

    ARKET is a brand within the H&M group with collections for men, women, children and the home, as well as a New Nordic vegetarian café. ARKET entered China market in 2020 and has since grown rapidly. The CRM function is responsible to strengthen customer relationships and increase relevance through the customer journey with strategic CRM efforts.

    This role of CRM specialist plays an important role in implementing and managing the CRM platform, programs and communication to drive customer acquisition, retention and enhancing customer experience and engagement in China.

    Job Description

    The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    Omni CRM strategy and management:

  • Develop, implement and continuously refine omni CRM strategy and initiatives in line with business target and brand strategy.
  • Daily CRM operation across all the channels to enhance customer engagement throughout the customer lifecycle and maximize member lifetime value, new member acquisition, conversion and retention.
  • Working closely with internal and external partners in developing and executing CRM campaigns & projects to support the business growth, loyalty program, Wecom etc.
  • Stay updated with industry developments and emerging CRM technologies to enhance customer experience
  • Data analytics & reporting:

  • Monitor and evaluate CRM performance metrics and provide report on a monthly basis
  • Provide post-campaign reports and all CRM related activities analytics to drive acquisition, retention, reactivation and refine the CRM program continuously
  • Database management and data mining to find in-depth customer insights and business-oriented analysis to drive business growth
  • Others:

  • Collaborate and partner with shopping malls to identify CRM opportunity
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations & maintain data security standard
  • Monitor crossover partnership opportunities to enhance the brand awareness and the expansion of customer database
  • Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in CRM or related field, experience in fashion, beauty, retail and internet preferred
  • Better have Omni projects experience of delivering digital solutions in CRM
  • Solid analytical skills and data-driven thinking, proven ability to find answers to business questions via hands-on exploration of data
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, proactive and self-motivated
  • Solid communication skills and good team worker who believes in collaboration and enjoys discussion
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
