Job Description

工作职责:

· 与客户和业务团队保持紧密沟通,对涉及IT技术的需求进行发掘、分析、传达和确认

· 梳理业务流程,搭建业务能力和数字化能力之间的沟通桥梁

· 协助项目经理,推动项目进行,并配合协调内外部实施团队的开发质量及进度,保障项目顺利交付

· 推荐问题的解决方案,满足客户和业务团队需求,实现组织的目标

任职要求:

• 2024年本科及以上学历的应届毕业生
• 乐于接受挑战,具备良好的逻辑思维,分析和解决问题的能力,有志于从事IT咨询行业
• 计算机科学,应用数学,软件工程,信息技术/系统,通信工程,电子信息等IT及理工科相关专业
• 熟悉或了解微软技术(.NET Framework/ C#/ SQL Server/ JavaScript/JQuery/ WebAPI)者优先考虑
• 可全程参加整个实习生项目(3-6个月),一周可工作4-5天者优先考虑
• 拥有良好的外语运用能力
