    Role Responsibilities

    a focal point to lead PPM execution and cultivate PP sense to Pan China Mortgage Team

    Strategy

  • To assist GBA mortgage growth strategy, this position set in distribution for catering the window opportunities of HK/Macao citizen's property needs. To make ground-breaking northbound referral model and win bulk leads.
  • Business

  • To drive marketing initiatives and enhance channel relationship for South Region.
  • Ensure distribution capability to achieve specific GBA client's service expectation.
  • Conduct staff meetings and provide support / updates for sales promotion and activities, procedural changes, management directives, etc.
  • Implement boutique channel partnerships for channel governance and performance outcomes
  • Liaison with Quality BUC for quality assets booking and connect with CCIB to jointly capture needs from top name developer.
  • Develop action plans to improve team performance
  • Hand in hand with Affluent to collaborate and support client's all in one CPBB financial aspiration.
  • Processes*

  • Establish the appropriate control and assurance mechanism to comply with all internal and external processes, standards and policies
  • Enhance Northbound Referral model and create bulk leads from GBA buyer's mortgage needs
  • Executing and supervising the Budget process.

  • Manage the day-to-day planning, operations and problem solving of salesperson
  • Provide a safe and inclusive environment for the team to unleash their potential
  • Talent development & retention via engagement
  • Train and develop new sales staff
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to salesperson to facilitate staff retention
  • Risk Management

  • Timely identify risks in Mortgage acquisition and find solutions to mitigate, including but not limited to credit risk, fraud risk, operational risk, reputation risk etc.

  • Ensure salesperson meets the internal control, compliance and audit standards

  • Mortgage Product, Credit Policy, CI, MO, Ops, Legal, Compliance, BRM, OR, Finance, Branch, Sales and Effectiveness, Affluent Segment, Affluent Branch Frontline, HR etc.

  • QUALIFICATIONS

    TRAINING, LICENSES, MEMBERSHIPS AND CERTIFICATIONS

  • University / College degree, or equivalent / better
  • At least ten years of relevant experience in a sales or financial industry experience
