About the team

The Devices organization at Roku is responsible for products and partnerships that lead to continued account acquisition. Our business is fast paced, requiring the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision in an ever-changing environment. The right mix of organizational and communication skills will be the key to success. Attention to detail and a proven ability to manage priorities are also essential.

About the role

In the Operations Program Specialist (OPS) role, you will be responsible for supporting Roku's NPI and Sustaining operations team with material readiness and driving our production lifecycle management (PLM) & PO processes. You and the team will own all operations ECO/MCO approvals, track cost opportunities & qualification through the supply chain, drive material readiness for Operations activities and ensure Roku's ability to support and react to new retailer opportunities through owning the SKU creation process.
