You will be responsible to achieve short term biz target and set up the long-term strategy for SoliMold business development As a Product Marketing Specialist you will report to Product Marketing Manager in Business Area – Electrification, Global Markets located in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen or Chengdu in China.

Your responsibilities

  • Driving the marketing strategy implementation to cover major channel/segment.
  • Leading sales team for SoliMold project chasing nationally.
  • Optimizing Cable Accessory and Apparatus (CAA) portfolio, clear positioning in each segment.
  • Defining the growth opportunity to achieve sales target.
  • Working with local business area (LBA)/ global product group (GPG) to support local sales in terms of the offering, project support.
  • Regularly reviewing sales performance including Pricing, gross margin (GM)% and net price variation (NPV), taking the action accordingly, initiating the promotion activity.
  • Engaging in the distributor and other partner development, managing inventory.
  • Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.
  • Your background

  • Must have a bachelor’s degree in engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years of marketing/sales in CAA (Cable Accessory and Apparatus) or relevant business.
  • Experience in installation skill.
  • Must have strategic thinking approach along with good presentation, selling and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
