This position is to implement and align HR process and deliver HR service in the areas of talent requisition, compensation and benefit, performance management, employee relations, training and development, employment and onboarding, HR information system and other HR services and projects, ensuring all the HR initiatives are performed in accordance with corporate guidelines while balancing the specific needs of local manufacturing operations, and compliance with company policies, countries laws and regulations, continuously monitor and improve employee engagement by facilitating and working on employee engagement actions.
Roles & Responsibilities Commitment to Goal Zero. Ensure safety awareness in every area. Conduct comprehensive review of regional HR procedures, align consistency and improve effectiveness among sites. In charge of recruiting activities and all employment-related initiatives. Maintain effective recruitment channel/activity to ensure the manpower needs. Facilitate and implement whole process of performance management. Provide information and training, promote a better understanding about this process from manager and employee. Strengthen HR service delivery model, enhance employee relationship and engagement actions, create best practices and share among sites. Facilitate and partner with management team to develop and implement action plans and HR projects based on needs to drive high levels of employee engagement. Coordinate and deliver talent review and succession planning, training and development actions that support organization capabilities. Manage regional HR operation including the day to day HR process and activities, employee relations; regional payroll review; employment, transfer and onboarding management; regional HR system data validation, reports management and HR relevant records management.
Person Specification Education: Bachelor degree or above, major in Human Resource or Labor Law is preferable. Work Experience: More than 8 years working in North China manufacturing with HRBP role. Solid C&B calculation and analysis experience. Rich experience in labor law and employee communications. Technical Skills: Project Management skill HR system experience, prefer in SF or SAP. Languages: Excellent in written and spoken Chinese & English.
