The Role Responsibilities , , Provide customer service & support; generate leads for follow up by other distribution channels, deepening existing relationship through customer retention, problem resolution & customer profiling. Answer customer inquiries and reply responsively Process customer requested transaction per pre-set procedures Capture customer feedback for further improvement ,Service customers needs through product information, product sales/problem resolution and provide personalized and superior service Handling calls that requires in depth knowledge of specific products/services, acting as point of contact for the organization and responding to incoming calls, dealing with customers queries and complaints. , Probe & identify financial needs on service calls and pitch relevant solutions in line with customer charter. Ensure all sales pitches are made without mis-selling Additional point for Sales Palette markets-- Use S2S palette to identify eligibility and register dispositions for analysis Our Ideal Candidate Good communication & interpersonal skill Strong sense in service quality and customer service Typing skill in Chinese & English Fluent in Mandarin, Taiwanese Strong knowledge of banking/cards products Willing to work on night shifts and able to work under pressure Trust License is preferred.
