  • 与餐厅客人互动并保持高质量的服务标准
  • 激励团队成员,保持高度的团队精神(或团队凝聚力)
  • 有效并专业地处理客人的投诉
  • 始终如一地从同事、客人和老板的角度来提高满意度
  • 与服务经理合作支持日常运营,协助完成月度预测、周计划、餐厅盈利能力评估等工作
  • 与服务经理合作,负责餐厅的运营,包括但不限于餐厅的整体氛围
  • 候选人应具备以下能力:

  • 对餐饮有热情
  • 以热情的态度提供客人优质的服务
  • 喜欢与客人互动
  • 有豪华餐厅或五星级酒店相关工作经验者优先
  • 接待国际游客,能流利地使用英语、日语沟通
  • 愿意轮班
