1、策略落地，确保市场开发策略在区域的正确执行。

2、智飞协作管理，推动双方团队紧密合作，建立互信，定期沟通，确保关键目标达标一致。

3、KDM和KOL的管理，带领团队建立区域关键客户档案，培养讲者。

4、带领团队探索创新有效的销售渠道，并推动推广商在其他非合作城市进行复制及有效探索。

5、辅导团队人员，提升专业能力；团队内部人才培养。

6、确保在销售和工作过程中, 严格遵守公司的各项SOP和财务制度，强化内部员工及智飞团队合规意识。
