This is a Product Quality Manager role reporting to the Quality Management in the Business Area – Electrification located in Jiangmen, China. You will be responsible for continuously improving the quality of products, satisfying the customer and reducing the Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ). Your responsibilities

Preparing and implementing the budget and targets of product quality department in line with CNILG's overall strategies.

Developing a capable and energetic product quality workforce to fulfill its targets.

Reducing the total quality cost to an acceptable level.

Coordinating with other departments to identify and resolve the quality problems and continuously improving customer's satisfaction.

Introducing the latest recognized quality management methodology

Supporting supplier to improve the quality control level.

Implementing the General Policy Group (GPG) procedure in MU.

Implementing the (Customer Complaint Resolution Process) CCRP/ (Non-Conformance Report) NCR system to handle the customer service.

Your background

Must have a bachelor's degree.

Minimum 7 years of experience in quality management.

Strong understanding/knowledge of quality management and up-to-date knowledge of quality law, product standards and product certification regulations.

Strong understanding/knowledge of ISO9001, manufacturing

Environment.

Self-motivation, ability to work with minimum supervision and as part of a team. Strong common sense and leadership skills with excellent communication and people skills.

Strong conflict resolution and staff coaching skills, ability to deal with people in a non-threatening, non-controlling manner.

Excellent communication in English both oral and written.

Proficient in computer skills MS Word, Excel, Power point, Project.
