Key responsibilities

Business Development
-Ensure constant development of new business/customer base to broaden MCC reach.
- Establishes good relationship with customer, which includes assistance to overall business cycle of the client
- Opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell other MCC Products and grow share of wallet.
- Answer/Respond to all incoming inquiries
- Co-ordinate between clients, sales and other departments on fixing various problems in regards charged services to ensure smooth and correct cargo operation
-lost account trace

Pre-Sale Activities
- Ensure rates filing and rate list preparing is on time and accurate.
- Ensure the analysis and statistics reports preparing is on time and accurate
- Prepare all kinds of notices/announcement to customers.

Market Intelligence Support
-Responsible for funnelling back to the organisation valuable market intelligence information regarding the trade
-Understand overall business of the customer to be able to come across other business
-filling all client relative information into salespad on time and accurate
