Why we need this role

To fuel Diageo Greater China’s organic and inorganic ambitions, ability to build meaningful “new to world” brands will be critical over the next 3-5 years, particularly in international spirits. Leadership has decided to add a dedicated Senior Strategy Resource within our GC Strategy function to unlock and drive strategic implementation of such opportunities in the China market, based in Shanghai.
