Description:

• 
  Assists with the preparation and regular update of the Finance Departmental Budget, in close cooperation with the Director of Finance ensuring targets are met and costs are effectively controlled.
• 
  Ensures all disbursements and claims are supported by all necessary documents, processed and certified for receipt of merchandises or services in quality, quantity and prices. 
• 
  Assists the Director of Finance in all stages leading to the preparation and distribution of all monthly financial reports and analysis. 
• 
  Maximises colleague productivity through the use of multi-skilling, multi-tasking and flexible scheduling to meet the financial goals of the business as well as the expectations of the guests and etc.

• 
   Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Finance, Commerce or Hospitality/Tourism management.
• CA certification would be an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Chief Accountant or Senior Accountant in larger operation.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
