EXPERIENCE & ROLE REQUIREMENTS Provide renewal analysis to MUs, maintain knowledge in commercial metrics and forecasting principles, support on the alignment of transactional steps related to renewals and replacements. Leverage internal SAP networks to navigate cross-functionally and regionally. Possess knowledge of SAP Cloud Terms and Conditions. Understand and maintain the health measurement to Cloud business Assist to drive NPS and revenue retention program REQUIRED SKILLS Possess strong analytical skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent ability and skills of Microsoft Excel/Power Point Strong interpersonal skills team player and consensus-builder, proactive networking attributes, execution focus, and ability to drive change Ability to work flexibly, understanding that at key times some out of office hours work may be required WORK EXPERIENCE/ EDUCATION 4 years(at least) of professional working experience; Experience working within operations/business development/Finance related fields is an advantage; Education Bachelors Degree or equivalent comparable experience English Fluent
