Build EC new business (incl new portfolio, new brand, new category) from ground 0 in an innovative & digitalized way, leveraging emerging consumer engagement tactics to swiftly drive consumer recruitment & business growth holistically.

工作覆盖范围

Proactively understand & explore market landscape & consumers for new business, identify opportunities from competition & consumer trend.Understands shopping behaviours and motivations of target consumers, helps design shopping experiences that delight consumers / shoppers.
"1. Develop category based new portfolio vision and long-term wining strategies to ensure Nestle competitive advantage in product innovations.
2. Leverage EC platform big data to identify I&R opportunities with optimize new product pipeline."
Build holistic new business strategy including portoflio, value chain simulatin, pricing, proposes brand portfolio for key channels and key customers. Drive the execution of strategy in collaboration with internal stakeholders & external partners.
Explore and develop content marketing/content commerce initiatives with product centerred diversified BGC & in-depth & scallable content generation & distribution leveraging proper content management tools.
Lead innovative marketing campaigns leveraging newly developed consumer engagement tactics including celebrity/KOL engagement, content marketing, content commerce & livestreaming, IPs to ensure the highest ROI to drive consumer demand and offtake performance.
1. Monitor & track PFME spending to ensure spending is inline with ICP financial alignment with BU

"Minimum 4-6 years of experience in FMCG marketing; experience in sales/trade marketing function is a plus.

Experience in Digital marketing or E-commerce Branding building.e
Experience in leading and managing cross functional teams
Experience in product development is a plus"
