Job Description

Customer management:

· Work as customer interface and improve VS customer interface

· Supply chain transparent

· Customer infos(stock, consumption plan, new project...etc.) regular collection & analysis to improve planning forecast

· Customer logistics agreement sign & update, influence customer to obey

· Customer order behavior analysis, including LT, withdrawal, customer short-term & long-term fluctuation, etc....

· Regularly visit customer to define kaizen points and keep improvements together w/ customer

Customer order planning:

· Responsible for customer order receiving, verification/discussion and confirmation/feedback

· Daily delivery arrangement to customer

· Rolling forecast LOP view planning and MBR updating

· Work closely w/ source, make, LOW, sales, QMM, etc. to solve relevant problems

· Related logistic project, reporting tasks, special cases handling

KPI monitor and improvements:

· Responsible for customer demand fulfillment & achieve OTD target

· Constant tracking customer consumption& stock status to define & keep reasonable inventory level at both Bosch and Customer side, achieve internal/external TCT target

· Clean up D-stock/slow moving/long coverage/block stocks of in-house production parts in time

· Minimize special freight cost of outbound

Qualifications

Qualifications Requirement

Bachelor degree or above, mainly major at commercial study subjects as industrial engineering, supply chain management, business management, technical studies (mechanical, electronical engineering, IT/computer science) will be preferred.

Fluent English in listening, speaking, reading & writing

Good communication, coordination and conflict management skills

Logical thinking

Team work spirit

Be proactive with passion, willing to work under high pressure, diverse environment

Job Relevant Knowledge and Experience

Supply chain management & lean logistic concept

SAP / planning tool knowledge and planning experience

Logistics reporting and IT tool knowledge (excel, PPT)
