Description:

• Support of business and innovation projects in the areas of Medical Affairs, Pharmacovigilance and Regulatory Affairs in order to generate actionable insights for strategic decision making
• Contribute to the development of complex analytical models to identify trends and patterns
• Determine functional and technical requirement specifications in close alignment with business needs
• Perform complex modelling and machine learning approaches integrating multi-layered data models from internal and external sources
• Participate in the design, development and implementation of analytical solution architectures
• Assists in interdisciplinary analytical projects including management of heterogeneous resources (internal, external, strategic partners)
• Build up and continuously update relevant business knowledge

• Bachelor's degree with at least five years of experience
• OR Master's degree with at least two years of experience
• OR Ph.D. in machine learning, statistics, applied mathematics, computer science, with strong applied side
• First industry experience or very strong academic records
• Profound knowledge in machine learning and/or deep learning
• Very good coding knowledge in Python and R
• High ability to solve problems and to structure and simplify complex tasks
• Ability to work in an interdisciplinary and agile environment
• Drive and implement change for improving everyday work
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
