Job Description
1. Conduct Daily Work of Retail Operations
- Contract preparation
- Contract modification
- DD set up
- Contract activation
- Disbursement
- Receive original contract documentations
- Vehicle mortgage registration follow-up
- Vehicle mortgage documents preparation
2. Communications with internal and external Parties
- Provide excellent services to customers/dealers/MBLC field staff by quick handling daily work
- Communicate with relevant department to solve special cases
3. Others
- Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor


Training and Qualification:
•Bachelor degree in Finance, Business Management or any other equivalents
•Good English, both written and spoken
Technical Knowledge:
•Sound knowledge about Microsoft Office applications
Managerial knowledge:
•Good analytical and communication skills
•Sense of chariness
•Basic service experience in a Financial Services Company, Bank, or other related finance industry or function
•1 year operational and service management experience will be preferable
