To maximize portfolio value and business opportunities of GSK CH CCO2 Oral/Wellness through expending our business and work together with National key account team, Regional Key account team, Channel trade marketing team and central marketing team, etc. to upgrade up business operation model for national wise in China. Provide sales insightful knowledge to the team and optimize sales WoW and be benefit for sales opportunity for future business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a sizeable team for East Sales team directly to drive business growth;
  • Managing sales team to drive performance and develop key talents
  • Deliver integrated value appraisal for business opportunities
  • Drive CCO2 City 1 deep-diving and City 2 priority to beat tough sales target
  • Enhance GSK trust and delivery our core value of customer focus value
  • Through cross-functional cooperation, provide insightful information for pre-commercialization activities and line extensions to achieve speed-to-market
  • Upgrading sales team and attract internal/external talents to enhance GSK CH business portfolio
  • Through collaboration with NKA, RKA, CTMK and Marketing, provide sales appraisals in opportunities
  • Provide analytical inputs and decision supports to national business in the field including but not limited to competitive intelligence, commercial modelling, etc.
  • Take ownership to work with CTMK and NKA to build CCO2 national business plan via market opportunity and insight as well as draft action plan to ensure plan will be actionable to fulfil the plan target. *LI-GSK

    Basic Qualifications:

    We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

    Minimum Level of Education Required: BA or above in Sales

    Minimum Level of Job-Related Experience Required: 15+ years in sales management and business planning role.

    Knowledge to managing field sales through people management and has overall picture of national business strategic thinking to work with other regional sales heads.
