Senior Facade Engineer幕墙高级工程师 Overall Purpose 概述An Senior Facade Engineer is a fully competent Engineer able to work independently, or as part of a team. They may lead a small team either on site or office based. They regularly interact with internal and external clients in completing projects. They are able to understand client requirements and are starting to be able to recognize client opportunities. 幕墙高级工程师是指能够独立完成工作,或作为团队的一部份进行工作的经验丰富工程师。他们既可以在工地也可以在办公室内领导小型团队。它们通常与内外部的客户沟通来完成项目。他们能够了解客户的需求并且开始有能力洞察出开发客户的机会。 Key Responsibilities 主要职责

Assuming responsibility for planning and managing resources of Small projects or parts of larger projects

能够承担小项目或者部分大项目的计划及资源管理的责任。

Apply the principles of Safety in Design to their daily tasks

在日常工作中,应用设计安全准则。

Demonstrate an ability to analyse technical designs and be able to deliver solutions to more complex problems

展现出分析技术设计的能力,并能解决较复杂问题。

Demonstrate an ability prepare detailed reports or sections of Reports

展现出能够准备详细报告或是部分报告的能力。

Prepare documentation, proposals and other related tasks

准备文件,拟议书,以及其他相关工作。

Begin to understand Risk and apply a level of commercial acumen

开始了解风险,并能以商业头脑加以运用。

Ensure the project cost not exceed the budget (Bidding).

确保领导的项目不超出预算(报价)。
Job Requirements
任职要求:

全日制统招本科及以上学历,有较强的视觉搭配能力,精通AutoCAD、3dsmax、Photoshop等绘图软件的操作与运用。

5年及以上幕墙设计经验;

具有相关门窗、幕墙的深化设计经验;

具有一定的施工管理与现场协调能力;

英语熟练、能独立进行中英文计算书编写者优先

良好的沟通表达能力,责任心强,为人诚实可信,品行端正。
