automated testing service:

co-work with group Test Assurance team and local technology team, make use of and keep improving the available Selenium auto-testing framework, lead the team to continuously deliver quality auto scripts for functional testing tasks inside bank, update and maintain auto script library in modularized way,

functional/non-functional testing management service:

manage functional/ non-functional testing on Cash/ Wealth / Fast payment projects, monitor the testing task performance and defects fix, tracking service metrics to ensure the quality and timely testing service delivery, in compliance with PMS and SDF guidance or codes wherever applicable.

Team leading and talent cultivating :

Leading the team transformation in line with bank direction, cultivate more qualified talents for functional testing, assist the LM to establish Web/ App/ Interface automation testing framework /toolkits suitable for the team.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

To establish and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders

To build up and continue improve the automated testing service delivery model from both business and technology angels.

To be responsible for the testing management tasks of projects, e.g. testing plan, strategy, closure report etc., monitor and manage the functional/ non-functional testing tasks, identify schedule delay or risks and report to project team.

To assist the LM to build up in-house automation testing framework /toolkits suitable for the team.

Identifies opportunities for improvement and makes constructive suggestions for change

Our Ideal Candidate

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience on related area.

Fluent written and oral English, good communication skills and logical thinking.

5+ years of testing experience, acquainted with testing process and theory, adequate knowledge about database and SQL, JAVA, Docker, familiar with common tools of Web/ App/ Interface auto-testing, has initial DevOps capacity for continuous delivery preferred.

Experience on Agile/Scrum, deep understanding of project management principle, payment project experience preferred.

Strong initiative-taking and follow-through skills, strong ownership and sense of responsibility

Ability to work effectively in a flexible, changing and challenging environment, manage multiple activities and priorities and work well under pressure
