Description:

lLead a team of 2-4 sales associates and responsible for their performance review and career development

lManage F&B prospective and existing customers in North China, drive technical and commercial communications, and generate orders and ensure shipment

lForm a deep understanding of Pall products and establish solid relationships with F&B North China customers in beer, wine, diary, and non-alcohol soft drinks

lClosely work with Pall Engineering Center (EC) and Industrial Service teams to provide installation, maintenance, and technique support to customers

lCapable of working cross-functionally at Pall and Danaher OpCos

lDevelop and manage F&B distributors
