Describe the principal mission of the position Manages several APT to achieve the QCDM targets in effective and efficient with support functions. Support site -30 plan implementation Responsibilities Highlight the main responsibilities Is accountable for respect of work and performance standards for several APT; In case a detection problem cannot be solved by the APT, assigns and checks containment and corrective actions with APU support functions. Ensure enforcement of employment, environmental health and safety rules; Validates operators working time; Is accountable for improvement of QCDM performances for his/her APTs; Defines work standards with the help of support functions and operators(leads workshops, pb solving) Leads QCDM improvement plans; Liaises with support functions to facilitate improvement actions within the APTs; Develops team autonomy with flexibility and multi-skill development plans; Leads operators appraisal review, salary review and career review; Do tasks assigned by N 1 from time to time. Education/Training What education and education level are necessary for the position? Qualified in a general engineering education, junior college or above is preferred. Professional Experience How many years of professional experience in a specific professional area are required for the position? Experienced in mass production ( working methods, quality tools, electronic assembly)
