Job Descriptions:

The Digital Solution Lead interacts with Business and Functional partners to create, evaluate and qualify the pipeline of Digital Opportunities to generate value for the various business areas in AP region. He/she is also responsible for the E2E Digital project delivery in the region. This role applies Digital Technology to resolve business challenges and opportunities. Examples of Technologies we are driving include Machine Learning, Robotic Process Automation, Advanced Analytics, Chatbots, Cognitive Computing, Virtual/Augmented/Mixed Reality, IoT, Cloud Computing, etc. This role will also explorer the regional specific Digital technology and do the prototyping and implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Build regional Digital portfolio and blueprint and be responsible for E2E digital solutions delivery in AP region
  • Understand regional business partner needs and advise on strategic opportunities and interact with regional Business and Functional partners to create, evaluate, and qualify the pipeline of Digital opportunities to generate value in the region
  • Connect with global Digital Team to understand global Digital strategy and advise on regional opportunities
  • Be a Digital solution delivery resource for achieving E2E digital project value, track KPIs and financial metrics
  • Drive regional Digital POC (proof of concept) projects
  • Prototype solutions with business and functions
  • Bring innovative mindset to solve business challenges and build business and function Digital expertise and readiness
  • Work with global team to test and verify solutions to ensure regional adaptability
  • Identify regional specific Digital technology, platform and solution
  • Ensure the security and compliance for regional Digital project/solution

    • Job Qualification


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information System, Engineering, or similar discipline
  • 7+ years of experience in IT solution development or architecture
  • Proven ability to get work done through influence and in navigating organizations to find and engage appropriate contacts and resources
  • Familiarity with agile IT development principles and processes
  • Familiarity with IT production support and change control processes
  • Familiarity with developing enterprise solutions in Microsoft Azure, including Azure Devops/VSTS
  • In-depth and hand-on knowledge and experience with at least two of the key technologies being applied in Digital Innovation projects, such as Machine Learning, Robotic Process Automation, Advanced Analytics, Chatbots, Cognitive Computing, Virtual / Augmented / Mixed Reality, and Cloud Computing
  • Knowledge and experience on Security and compliance evaluation and resolution
  • Proven ability to comprehend business processes like manufacturing, supply chain, marketing and sales etc., converse with business subject matter experts, and apply technology to solve business problems
  • Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills and fluent in English
  • Work with teams globally; must be willing to flex working hours within reason to conduct business with team members in other time zones
  • Fast learner with emerging technologies
