Role Summary:

As an Implementation Specialist, your main duties will include engaging with external parties, such as customers, to understand and design integration solutions with the core products. This entails producing design documentation and/or models, data schemas, data transformations, and test specifications.

Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

Analysis and Design -

  • Interpret system specifications, design and document integration solutions based on processes, data models and data transformations.
  • Liaise extensively with external or internal clients
  • Analyze existing external systems
  • Implementation -

  • Communicate with other team members on software implementation and testing activities
  • Work closely with developers and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction
  • Help programmers during system development, e.g. provide use cases, flowcharts or even database design
  • Quality Assurance and Delivery -

  • Specify the testing requirements
  • Writing user manuals
  • Perform system testing
  • Check that systems are complete and meet specifications as required
  • Providing training to users of a new system
  • Operations and Maintenance -

  • Liaise and support for the Global Client Delivery team for escalations
  • Fault finding and production support
  • Encompassing Tasks -

  • Participate in meetings as directed by the line manager
  • Keep up to date with technical and industry developments

  • Education/ Experience:

  • Good at English
  • Confident with strong organization skills
  • Exposure to the software development process, with 1-3 years relevant work experience
  • 3-4 years degree in software, engineering or commerce preferred
  • Ideal candidates will have a penchant for problem solving and enjoy analyzing problems in multiple dimensions to create the most efficient and effective solution for both the company and our clients.
  • Any additional language skill such as Japanese would be a bonus, but not a must
