Our Exciting Opportunity

We are now looking for Team Facilitator (TF) in Packet Core SH Gateway Organization for EPG and SMF development teams and testing teams. The primary goal of TF is to develop the team towards a highly performing and self-managing team. In addition to help the team producing the desired outcomes, Team Facilitator also focus on enhancing the team potential and fostering the self-managing culture and capabilities among team members. Team Facilitator is a role that support the line managers in their responsibilities of coaching, supporting and developing teams.

You will

  • Facilitate continuous improvement of team capacity and productivity
  • Help the team to adhere to given processes and to, within given frames, encourage the team to try new ways of working
  • Ensure that the team visualize status for activities.
  • Ensure continuous inspect and adapt of the Way of working e.g. retrospective
  • Facilitate work with planning and tracking tools to ensure a continuous known status
  • Facilitate team understanding of risks and how to mitigate risks
  • Ensure the team has collaboration sites
  • Ensure meeting efficiency and effectiveness for the team
  • Support the team to create and maintain a stakeholder map
  • Connect people when there is a need
  • To be successful in the role you must have

  • Passion on developing teams
  • Experience in mentor skills and facilitating skills
  • Good knowledge of Agile, Lean and DevOps approaches and the ability to leverage other techniques to provide value to a team
  • Good interpersonal, listening and communication skills
  • Adequate knowledge of project management to support teams in planning, tracking and risk management
  • Adequate technical competence to build technical insight to support teams
  • Below extra qualifications will be plus:

  • Familiar with CI/CD
  • Familiar with Ericsson Product Development Principle
  • Familiar with feature development flow
  • Good knowledge of the organization and the PDU PC operational model
  • Certification with PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified ScrumMaster
