KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
▪Digital Content Development – Be Resourceful.
- Keep sharp on the digital environment and identify brand’s needs accordingly
- Explore innovative tool or methodology for content planning
- Strong visual communication competence by story telling
- Resourceful to reach the diversified co-op partners on the digital platforms
▪ Social Content Planning – Be Creative.
- Be creative and thrive for excellence
- Conduct the yearly content planning on IWC owned digital platforms
- Lead the livestream content according to the themed needs
- Coordinate the communication with celebrities, KOLs and other partners
- Manage the case studies
▪ Communication with Internal and HQ team – Be Clear.
- Maximize the resources both from HQ and local assets
- Work closely with creative agency and digital agency for IWC exclusive ideas
- Continuous communication with HQ to follow up the approval process
- Responsible for internal digital communication
▪ Budget & Admin – Be Accurate.
- Budget planning for yearly projects and follow up timely
- Responsible for monthly, quarterly, half-yearly & yearly budget reporting
- Work closely and independent with finance department for PO process

▪ Headcount supervised: 0
▪ Experience: 5+ Years’ Experience in luxury, Digital Creative agency
▪ Chinese & English fluent, art background/competence is a plus.
▪ Internal contacts:
▪ Functional line of reporting to Senior PR & Communication Manager
▪ Work closely with EC, Operation and Finance team
