What you will do

  • Formulate business plan for driving Tyco Retail business in West China territory, and execute the planwith high quality
  • Achieve the sales target for both booking and revenue; deliver the commit # in the weekly, monthly andquarterly basis.
  • Achieve strong territory coverage through developing the existing partners and recruiting new partnersand necessary touch to the end user.
  • Identify partner/customer needs and drive all the necessary internal and external resources includingtechnical, marketing, product, services, etc to enhance the deal closes and drive the growth of TycoRetail.
  • Drive the pipelines and effectively use SFDC to manage the booking and sales out forecast of thepipelines.
  • What we look for:

  • Entrepreneur oriented, able to help negotiate and help sell to end users as value add to the partners
  • Local retail market knowledge, strong planning ability, strong execution
  • Skillful in both channel management and end-use sales with a proven track record measured by over
  • achievement of sales targets, customer satisfaction and business results
  • At least 4 years Sales experience
  • Sales experience in Retail industry is preferred
  • Engineer background is preferred
  • Bachelors degree
  • Good English and Chinese language skills.
