What You Will Do:

  • Lead and manage Light Industry Corporate Account team and business.
  • Lead strategic and tactical sales plans for Corporate Account Manager’s customers to grow sales and ensure a “sole supply” arrangement.
  • Develop sales budgets for their assigned Corporate Account Managers and customers that identify opportunities both within and outside the Light Industry Division.
  • Develop and implement a pricing strategy for all customers that ensure both the Light Industry Division’s and Ecolab’s overall revenue and profit objectives are met.
  • Ensure key decision makers are identified within Corporate Account customers and relationships are cultivated to ensure customer satisfaction to develop customer confidence in all Ecolab offerings.
  • Develop and implement tools to effectively measure customer satisfaction. Also develop and implement reporting for customers to effectively measure Ecolab’s performance.
  • Serve as the Corporate Accounts final “service guarantee” by ensuring that outstanding issues are resolved in a timely manner and to the customer’s complete satisfaction.
  • Lead the coordination of Ecolab’s contact with Corporate Account customers to ensure the appearance of Ecolab as a seamless organization that delivers cross-divisional offerings efficiently and effectively.
  • Partner with field management to deliver the Ecolab brand promise.
  • Communicate regularly within Ecolab to ensure all parties clearly understand the strategies necessary to meet assigned customers’ current and future needs.
  • Coordinate the identification and prospecting of future Light Industry Corporate Account customers.
  • Develop current Corporate Account associates and maintain a talent pipeline to fill ongoing growth opportunities.
  • Represent Ecolab as required at industry and customer meetings.
  • Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years successful sales experience.
  • Bachelor degree or above.
  • Exceptional selling skills and ability to sell multiple channels.
  • Experience in successfully selling into complex organizations where buyers are many and not readily apparent.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability.
  • Critical eye for talent and strong talent development skills
  • Ability to effectively resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to communicate effectively to all levels within Ecolab and assigned customers.
  • Skilled presenter.
  • Superior English written and verbal communication skills.
