Objective : To achieve the boutique sales target;

Working Relationships:

Report to: Boutique Manager/Assistant Boutique Manager/Superviser

Manages: N/A

Interfaces: Internal: All operational sectors / department

External: Customers;

Key Accountabilities:

  • Sales are accountable to the guests and the team leader or manager in charge.
  • To provide a fast, efficient and friendly service at ALL times of the day to the customer.
  • To arrive at work in time to start the shifts as scheduled by the Boutique Manager.
  • To communicate with all guests and members of the team in an open and friendly manner, throughout their time in store.
  • To listen and respond to the comments, questions and concerns of our guests, taking action where necessary.
  • To actively and appropriately sell our products and promotions to all guests throughout their visit.
  • To take an active role in the development of other team members by sharing experiences and assisting in their training.
  • To conduct all till transactions in an accurate and conscientious manner, in line with all current company policies.
  • To maintain the security of cash, stock, premises and personnel by following all current procedures and through careful observation, action and use of keys (where relevant).
  • Follow superior's instruction for any new assignment/projects.
  • Competences

    1. College degree or above, good in both written and oral English, familiar with MS Office Software;


    2. 3 years’ senior sales experience in complex retail environment, especially in foreign brand; 


    3. Sales driven, customer oriented and team player;


    4. Courteous, well-groomed appearance, working cordiality, sense of responsibility, good interpersonal and communication skill;
