1. Establish and maintain the account data base in SAP/ SFDC system to ensure account uniqueness and accuracy.

2. Manage accounts for better customer segmentation. Account conflict management cross sales team in case of falsifying; if any case happen, scrutinize timely and inform Management team

3. Hold sales & order review meeting weekly to help sales team & management team clearly understand the whole picture.

4. Provide effective sales data management that inform on historical results and current performance for all product categories by various dimensions; (such as region and distributor)

5. Provide business report to support leadership team on performance analysis and resource allocation and accomplish yearly sales target.

6. Generate marketing sell-out estimation report to support leadership team for better marketing visibility and decision making.

7.Create analytical tool/ template/ reports to support Executive Leadership for business plan and review.

8. Track Operation KPIs monthly using software to improve the operation efficiency.

9. Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual company targets in line with company annual business plan
