1.Keep driving customer satisfaction improvement on PC products, deep divingbig data to diagnose improper user experience complaints or qualityissues/weakness and work with teams for solution.
2. Lead customer focus methodology research, including data analysis methods,process optimization and data system development

Position Requirements:

1. Bachelor and above degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science orStatistics
2. 3~5 years of working experience focus on data analysis, skilled withPython/R, SQL and Excel
3. Knowledge of PC industry, customer satisfaction study experience would beprefer
4. PMP, Lean six-sigma green belt/black belt are plus 5. Team work, good atcommunication, quick learning and self-motivated 6. Fluent verbal and writtenEnglish
