Job Description

This Program Management role will be based in Shanghai and primarily focusing on the project body of work to support the organization’s business expansion in China. This requires solid understanding of driving multiple parties to a common goal with clearly defined milestones and change management discipline. The candidate will work with a diverse group of technologists across the globe and within the local markets. This role is under a common service company that supports multiple business legal entities to fill shared objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Experience project managing multiple projects simultaneously and defining MVP with multiple stakeholders
  • Knowledge of global and line of business project management standards and methods
  • Proficiency in one or more business disciplines or functions
  • Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals throughout the firm to accomplish common goals
  • Experienced in managing projects in China across financial markets including banking, securities, derivatives and asset/wealth management
  • Hands on experience in co-ordination on complex activities spanning across multiple virtual and local team in high availability environments
  • Ability to manage senior stakeholders independently
    • Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Good communication skills and support manner; Detail oriented
  • Project Management Professional or equivalent
  • Fluent Mandarin & English in both writing and speaking
  • Good team player and willing to work under pressure
  • Data analytics and Python skills
  • 10 years in relevant project management experience in financial industry
