Key responsibility:

Assist Marketing Excellence Team on the following responsibilities:

  • Business Reporting: support the consolidation, data verification and formatting of regular business plans and reports
  • Capability & Culture Building: support arranging workshop & training, regular townhall, annual meeting to roll out capability & culture building program internally
  • Internal Communication Assets: support developing regular newsletters, showcase videos, etc. for key marketing projects
  • Executional Process: responsible for internal process (e.g. Procure to Pay, Content Approval) to drive efficiency of deliveries while complying with company policies
  • To support Marketing Excellence Team in other daily business
  • Qualification:

  • Undergraduate/postgraduate student
  • Work five days a week in a period of six months is preferred (at least four days a week)
  • Related academic background or internship experience in Marketing is preferred
  • Capability requirement:

  • Strong ownership and dedication, ‘can-do’ spirit to ensure flawless deliveries
  • Open-minded to communicate with colleagues from various teams
  • Good command of English both in spoken and written
  • Quick learner with self-motivation
