This key position is an exciting opportunity within Financial Markets Production Management. You will be leading an infrastructure support team, and be accountable for leading the efforts to design, implement and provide day to day maintenance to our overall infrastructure, including data centre, hardware, OS, middleware, network, database, and Telecom.

  • Lead overall infrastructure design and implementation, include but not limited to Financial institution’s Data Centre, network design and configuration, and external connectivity.
  • Full accountability of data centre buildout and ongoing maintenance.
  • Production and testing environment performance management and capacity management.
  • Full software stack lifecycle management.
  • Information security and cybersecurity management.
  • Experiences on Stock exchanges and clearing house’s connectivity establishment.
  • Vendor management on third party infrastructure service providers.
  • Work to adopt group’s infrastructure support standard operating model.
  • Highly organized individual able to work on multiple project streams and clearly display current progresses.
  • Trend analysis, Incidents resolutions, Root Cause Analysis and Regular Reporting to identify areas for review for improvements.
  • 4-6 years Infrastructure management experience.
  • Regulatory & Business Conduct
